Sorry to hear about your dogs Oscar max. That’s a very innovative setup you improvised there.
To answer others questions lots of small dogs can realistically only walk short distances they only have little legs or like daschunds can’t do long walks without risking joint damage. Anyway if you want to exercise your dog at the local park by the time they’ve walked there they’ll be too tired to enjoy the park hence solutions like this.
I hope you manage to get it sold for good money & once again very sorry to hear about your loss. We lost our 6 year old German Shepherd suddenly she just literally felt ill & dropped dead over 3 hours one night, we were all devastated (still are) so know how you must feel.
