Mornin’, all. Lou, if you should lose PIP, Motability do not take away car instantly. It has a number of options which help you deal with it. I suggest you take a look at the Motability website where details are to be found, I’sure. Moreover, from what you describe of your symptoms, I really think you are unlikely to lose the award. This “renewal” business only started with the whole intro of PIP which was, and remains an utter disgrace. Previously, if you were awarded DLA as an “indefinite” award then you were not reassessed at all. So long as you tell them your conditions have worsened and if possible get a GP and/or a physio letter to confirm then you should be OK.
