Well, Mr Buddha’s sunflowers continue to survive; the others, not so sure. May recover, may not, Been a busy day health wise; not had time to think about anything else. GP has referred me to neurologist – had to go privately as cannot wait the 9/10 months the NHS would take in waiting time! Moreover, my mobility issues worsen all the time and have finally accepted that a wheelchair is going to be a full-time piece of kit. Problem is that they’re dead difficult to get into my Mini. So pocket rocket will have to go. (The boulder-based suspension is also doing my back no good at all.) Phoning Motability tomorrow to sort out early end to lease. Will probably go for a Golf. Really wish I had gone for the Alfa Giulia which was on scheme when I got the Mini. All the performance of the latter but a ride that allows you to walk after driving somewhere!
