That’s another excellent tip. You can also pretreat the area you stick to in advance with hydrocortisone cream that stops any reaction whilst the plaster is on. I used to react to them on my chest so my wife sticks them to my shoulderblades now which according to the dwp I stick them there myself lol.
I knew someone like that they didn’t get on with sublingual tho so they used to cut off the sticky strip around the edges of the patches & use a larger clear plaster that looks a bit like document pouches you stick on parcels & that solved it bit of an arse tho.
