First, correction… we are to the west of Worthing, not east, Doh! A village called Ferring and, yes, it is a delightful place. Classic English village – couple of pubs, some excellent local shops. Runs along the seafront for about half a mile. Shingle beach, couple of good cafes as well. We have started calling it “St Mary Mead on Sea” because every other neighbour looks like Miss Marple.
