I will wait to see what the report says but basically I’ve lost the 2 points for being able to plan a journey without aid. I clearly stated in my phone assessment that when I have to go to a new place I get someone to with me about 4 to 5 times and then still need a sat nav. They have said in the letter from the dwp that this is not the case.
If this isn’t stated in the report the assessor has clearly not put it in or lied.
I won on this point at tribunal the last time so the evidence is there from the courts.
