As others have said, the Tiguan Elegance has a panoramic roof as standard and the car is significantly bigger than the Captur. We have the panoramic sunroof on our Tiguan but have to say that we aren’t in the slightest bit bothered about having another. Frankly, when you are sat in the front seats you get no benefit from it all as it’s predominantly behind you. If we still had young kids it might be a very slight consideration, but they also act as a greenhouse in the summer, even with the interior blind closed. I don’t like black and oppressive car interiors so if we ever got a car with a black headlining and black interior then the sunroof might be more of a consideration, but it would be money wasted for us to add one as an option. However, we are all different and things that we consider to be essential would be considered superfluous by others!
