I agree unclebob, however some people are mild mannered, until provoked, these car sales places can be daunting for some people, I guess salespeople can sense it.
After all if you get to out of hand obviously they be locking office doors and calling the police..
I know of someone ended up in court once for a two fist combination and flooring a mechanic trying to undermine a situation where 8 wheel bolts were left loose..?
