Yeah I went the day they opened after lockdown took all the documents with me as I’d all ready chosen the car, I then had to wait for mobility to give the go ahead, once they had done that I phoned the dealership to let them know that it was all confirmed. When I told them that they phoned me back saying that there was one in the country and that i should have the car in 2 weeks he then asked me to go back to the office and sign the agreement which I did last Monday.
When I spoke to him today he said that the car still isn’t here and he will be in touch once it turns up! I’m new to this so really don’t know what to do about it all as I really thought that it would have been here by now and ready to hand over to me.
