Maybe, but my e2008 was in for its 8000 mile service last week & I drove a semi-auto petrol 208, it was awful going back to a semi auto gearbox, it was changing gears whilst driving onto roundabouts which I really hate & it stank of exhaust fumes, things you’d never notice until you’ve been driving an EV for a while, a bit of an eye-opener. As the controls between the e2008 & 208 are almost identical it was a great opportunity to compare. Rumour has it that the next model update of the 208 will be all electric & it makes sense.
As for the BMW iX3, there are better EVs out there at the £58k asking price, such as a Tesla and it’s all about where you can charge an EV at the moment.
