That’s really horrible my experience at our local (rural) MG garage couldn’t have been different they were great opened up both the 5 & ZS for me & my 14 year old boy to try out & immediately booked me to try both cars back to back take as long as you like.
It’s clearly down to individual garages rather than the marques themselves & some clearly take the pee out of motability customers too.
