Adrian I’m a tight fisted person and looked very much so into mpg on test drives you tube etc my CHR design with 1.8 engine and 18 inch alloys is now saying 68 mpg after 800 miles it’s very economical indeed even on the motorway at 80 mph it didn’t drop below 61 mpg I’m very pleased ! All the reviews I read and videos said the 2 litre wasn’t as economical as the 1.8 even the autocar long term road test of the 2 litre Corolla said 50 mpg but yes it’s faster and would be better on motorway but saying that my CHR at 70 mph is lovely quiet comfortable and amazing ride
