    We went to Volvo Poole today to take an XC40 out for a test drive by appointment. Treated with great respect by the Motability specialist who wizzed through the paperwork, took me out to the car which was fully charged and full of petrol, explained the controls  and waved me off for a three hour drive around Dorset.  Could not have been treated better.

    My advice to anyone left hanging after booking an appointment is complain!  Complain to anyone in earshot, if that doesn’t work, complain to the dealer principal!  Show your strength as a potential customer!
