It was hard work for me,applied beggining of Feb and was all sorted early April.
If your physical “need” fits the bill (criteria) to what the grants team work with,they will do all they can to help.
I never actually spoke with my “alloted” case manager as she was never able to take my calls due to one thing or another.
But the last lady i spoke with actually was very good and got the ball rolling and finalised very quickly and to my complete satisfaction a suitable car with all the features i asked for,automatic,electric/heated seats,heated steering wheel,power tailgate,reverse sensors/camera.
