The plate is reg’d to me with DVLA and on retention.
Had she told me ” I have to go thru some questions as part of the process
or
Due to changes in process it has to mean something to you for us to be able to put it on the car ,,
That would be fair enough .. the way she asked was like you would when your waiting for the computer to bring up the details .
No ones asked me what it means in 13 years and 4 transfers
Anyway i thought i’d share as it may help someone else
