It’s the run flat tyres that is the problem. The head up display will be at the top of my next list
I know that run flats get a bad reputation for noise, but I’ve had them on 3 different BMW 5 series cars and there was no road noise, so the issue seems to be more the X1’s lack of soundproofing. Besides, as far as I can tell, the X1 doesn’t have run flats now does it? Happy to be corrected, but the spec doesn’t mention them at all?
