Glos guy, when you road test a X1 just check what tyres are fitted, run flats or normal tyres the dealer I use spec run flats for demo cars.
Interesting what you say about it depends on what you are used too, I still drive two Land Rover’s when I can manage the clutch, a 1963 series 2a with a tatty canvas hood and mud tyres, which is really really noisy and a 1998 defender 300tdi CSW with all terrains tyres which is noisy but not that bad really. The X1 is definitely better lol ?
