Hi Joss, Thanks for your reply. Just to clarify Blue badge holders can use these LTN’s only if they reside in the area where the LTN is located. I have just found through Council’s website. But have to apply to get a permit before entering.
How do you challenge after paying? I believe the case will be closed for appeals once charge is paid.
