The issue with the home chargers is annoying as I’m in a similar position. It’s I believe though is because to get the OLEV grant of £350, the V5 address has to be the address that the charger is installed. Not much you can do sadly except possible pay for one yourself.
Will be interesting to see what you think of the e-C4, not many reviews yet.
