Hi Chris,
EUSSR is dominated by CO2 fanatics that brand it as pollution when it most certainly is not. Greenhouse gas yes. Plant food, yes. Gordon Brown and co believed the hype and pushed diesel in the early 2000s, ignoring the myriad of toxins and dangerous carcinogenic sooty particles. It has been a con of epic proportions. The NEDC tests could be conducted in any EU country and German and french manufacturers took their vehicles to the most incompetent/ lenient and gained EU wide approval. No wonder cheat devices went “un noticed”and were eventually discovered by the USA! They paid up in the USA because the Californian lawyers were going to have them for breakfast. BP paid up $42 billion in compensation for deep water horizon, including strip clubs 300 miles inland for loss of trade. Johnson and Johnson are in a fight over baby talc. Consumer rights are all mouth and no trousers here and disingenuous mr Molden can peddle his line with impunity. Merkle will protect her car manufactures come what may. All IMHO!
