The prospect of a meal, probably outside, at a renown American restaurant that begins with a letter between L and N is not only a mouth watering prospect but above all would mark the end of this phase of covid. It has been over a year and there are articles pointing out some of the health related issues associated with a return to “normality”, both physical and mental related whilst suggesting strategies to gradually ease back into a more normal life. The goal of a fine luncheon at said restaurant is the biggest motivational factor followed by a visit to our local and quiet beach.
