Oscarmax and Gothitjulie. I stand corrected. Power-to-weight ratio is, to me, an important factor and the only easy way to get an idea about it is to look at the 0-60 times. The “new” ID.3 seems to take 30% longer than the old one. Moreover, I hear what you say about the power characteristics of EV over ICE. This seems to override my need for a bigger ICE engine – i.e. the need for it to be understressed. Will need to drive a proper EV and experience it through seat of pants. Looking forward….
