I don’t mind the idea of ordering online etc, means you can possibly gain access to dealers you normally wouldn’t due to distances and suchlike. However, showrooms need to be open to allow a seat in, poke around and maybe a test drive, otherwise they’re are going to be a lot of people holding on to what they have now, regretting their choice or fighting to hand back early, private and motability alike
