Hi, I have a pair of dash cars fitted front and rear. The front one records what you would expect. The rear one often records drivers pulling up behind me. They will be using a phone, they keep looking up to see if I have moved forward. Then generally they see the dash cam pointing right at them or the sticker on the rear window that informs them ” Warning DASH CAM Recording”. Most tend to stop using the phone.
If ever I have a recording of someone driving in to our car using a phone, a copy of that video will be handed to the police.
