Different car i know but this is exactly the issue i had with my 3008, a hard lip across the front of the seat that after almost 8 months was causing so much pain i could hardly walk some days. Had it inspected several times and as predicted they could find no faults whatsoever but Motability agreed to swap it, they were brilliant the way they handled it.
