I love the Skoda Enyaq tbh – I’ve had several skodas in the past – all of which I loved.
if it is, it’ll be the baseline model, which is still well spec’d but not as amazing as the top models – especially the first edition AWD.
skoda still is the workhorse and testbed for the VW group, often going into their more expensive models. Like all brands, some dealerships are good & some less so, albeit I’ve found Skoda much better to deal with when I’ve been a Motsbility customer.
