    I have to say that any time I’ve contacted Motability they have been excellent. A problem with our car, arrangements made, monies spent by us refunded. The only problems were down to other people making errors – not them. My wife, who is the driver, says she doesn’t want to leave Motability because their staff are so helpful and friendly and they proved willing to act as a ‘bridge’ between us and the garage in getting things sorted. They even agreed to us changing the car early, partly because we lost any confidence in the car and the garage involved. We haven’t actually been able to change it yet due to my shielding but it was sorted without a fuss. Compared to many lease companies they do seem very customer focused.
