I had my Jeep Renegade rear window smashed in a vandal attack last year, pre lockdown. Autoglass could only fix it 1 week later, even though it wasn’t secure now sitting on my drive. They told me to contact RAC, who were unable to collect vehicle, so they said. I phoned Motability and explained my problems, They contacted RAC and I was phoned back within the hour to collect my car and take it to Police compound until it could be repaired, and they could return it to me. I also had a loan car sent to me, all within 4 hours. Thanks to Motability excellent customer services
