Bionic Rusty, you’re right about the cold air being denser, sadly that’s exactly why MPG goes down in winter as the car uses more fuel to push the vehicle through the denser air. On a regular journey I do, in the summer I get roughly 38 and in winter it goes down to about 31-32. Happens every year without fail.
