I tell them I’m very interested in what they say, ask them to hang on I’ll get a pen to make notes.
I then put the phone down and go back to what I was doing.
Fortunately we don’t really use
our landline so it’s not a problem.
Twenty minutes later I hang up.
Never had a call back.
