I guess it depends on your normal driving position as to whether they’d pass without moving the seat, but in my case they don’t, and I’m 5’10” so I’d bet most people would have to move the seat. Once they’re down I can move the seat back to normal position, but if you were over 6’ then I guess you’d have to compromise that too. TBH I did suss this before purchase and for me it wasn’t an issue but I’m sure it would be if either you folded the seats up and down regularly or you were really tall. In so many ways this is a great car but there are a few bits like this that detract from the premium feel.
