    Hiya Brydo. ?

It’s a long boring story, my friend,  but I’ve not been too good and haven’t had it in me to get on here. Not the virus, I might add.
I was on the cusp of having a breakthrough re my full condition via genetic testing when the lead doctor retired and the others in the group I was under dropped me like a hot potato. I’m now coming to terms with the fact that I’ve pretty much exhausted all avenues now and it is what it is.
I’ve not had much contact at all with the outside world since early November.

On some advice, I spent five mins on the XC40 Facebook groups but, oh my God, they’re all but unregulated and full of trolls. It’s a shame as there were some good titbits there. I think you mentioned that you were on them so if you’ve been on them in the past month, you may have noticed what I’m talking about.

I hope you and Mrs Brydo had a good Christmas and are both safe and well. How did the work on the house go? All finished now?

On the app, if the dealer has loaded the sim in the boot, that’s pretty much all they will do I’m afraid. The people at my dealer knew less than I did so I just spent time on Google figuring it out.
You need to create an account for the sim and from there follow the sheet (I’ll post pics for you) plus google issues when you hit them.
Now it’s all set up, I’m honestly finding it a Godsend. All I’d say, is persevere with it.
I’ve read of people having difficulties at different points during set up but if I had to say, based on what I’ve read plus my experience, what was the biggest issue, it’s getting the first connection. Because of this, it’s why I say to tether the car to your phone to kickstart the system.
If I can help, I will.

I have to say from what I’m reading about Motability, it’s not looking good.
    £9k AP’s? ?

The mind boggles on that cost.

? I will be remembered for nothing but had great fun doing it ?
