You could use your DLA or WPMS in my case to get HP through Motability for a period up to 5 years, the car you wanted had to be from a Motability dealer, be under 3 years old and I think less than 50k on the clock. You were responsible for your own insurance, tires and servicing, but did allow people to buy cars rather than lease and was great if you didn’t have a great credit history. I brought a Skoda Superb VR6 auto in L&K spec that way, every Quarter when price lists came out, theyd also show the amount you could borrow on HP, and then it was down to you to bargain with the dealer
