My XC60 D4 auto over3 years+2 year extension and 77000 miles returned 44 mpg over mainly urban/town driving with occasional motorway runs. Best it ever got was 48 and worst 35. Not a fast driver, but not a slow coach either. If I remember rightly Volvo quoted over 50.
Current Tarraco 2.0 petrol auto 4 drive over 2300 miles is 34.8mpg which is better than the quoted WTLP.
