We’ve now gone to full appeal with our daughters case as the assessor has done nothing but lie.
The paperwork has now arrived and it’s interesting to see that they are backing down considerably by saying that they couldn’t properly assess her over the telephone and had to make assumptions. It’s quite interesting as in the telephone assessment they said that our daughter sounded positive and bright and understood the questions asked when in fact it was my wife who answered the questions as our daughters appointee.
These telephone assessments are nothing but a farce.
