Heated seats are not a new idea,they have been around for years.If you are starting out for work in the early morning in winter,and you have leather seats its like sitting on a stone cold floor,they are’nt a gimmick.
My current car has a heated steering wheel,now that is quite a new feature,but a very welcome one if you have arthritic hands/fingers.
