easy answer is Nope. motability cant put it on their system until 3 month before renewal date, the increase could of course be a salesman tactic to try and hit targers for end of year so if your sure on the vehicle then you could always call the dealerships bluff and say you want it but your not willing to pay any increase and see what they say, odds on they will make out they are doing you a favour and say they will waver any increase, but they wont officially be able to put it through on motability system untill the 3 month period (or 12 weeks) i forget which it is.
