My wheelchair folds and the feet come off and it wouldn’t fit in the xc40 without standing up and we went during covid and they all let us try the boot as we said that if the wheelchair didn’t fit there was no point looking at the car. We liked the car but as with all cars the boot is the priority and we went for the X1 in the end with a sliding rear bench for when I need my scooter also and the boot is great for that kind of car. It’s a dream to drive also. I would go to a dealer that will let you try the wheelchair as you don’t want a car for 3 years that will cause hassle when the wheelchair is needed
