I think they don’t care , to much hassle for them ,every motability customers issues a different I can’t use my left hand to operate the break and the electric break is harder because I need to use my right hand to operate it, the amount of sales people say well you can make do you don’t really use the hand break much , so this is why I’m struggling to find a suitable car , the point is the motability sales people don’t care they with say anything agree with everything you say just to get the lease, it is so so infuriating…
