I had to pick up my xc60 because they would deliver last week after it breaking down as I was waiting the lady at the service department said do you want to see the sales man, so he came over, sorry I’m the only person there he walked past me went to service then can to me he said I couldn’t see the xc40 just now cause of Covid but he’d take my detail an phone after lock down. frid 11 he said there is no record of me on there system so I had t give him all my details , I said that’s very strange because I have a 65 plate xc60 I got from them and it’s been in there for all work and service etc he said no , no record , how can that be , it did not instil confidence…
