<p style=”text-align: left;”>Just wondering what cars are manufactured in Britain that wouldn’t have increased tariffs? European car manufacturers /owners who build cars in Britain, would you have to pay the tariff, I was thinking of Vauxhall, mini?</p>

Just because a vehicle is built in Britain, doesn’t mean it only contains components/parts made in Britain. Components and parts can be sourced worldwide, including the EU, hence maybe subject to tariffs etc if no Brexit trade deal is made.

The Vauxhall Astra/Astra Tourer (estate) is the only Vauxhall car currently built in the UK at Ellesmere Port. The rest are built by other PSA factories elsewhere. Certain vans are built at the Luton plant.  The Astra is believed to have less than 25% UK sourced parts!

Mini (owned by BMW) are built in UK.

Nissan Leaf, Juke and Qashqai are built in Sunderland.

Honda Civic is built in Swindon but that plant is closing in 2021.

Toyota near Derby produce the Corolla and the Suzuki Swace (based on the Corolla) but there are fears about the future of this plant.

Jaguar & Land Rover are still UK built.

Then you have niche/luxury manufacturers such as Morgan, Caterham, McLaren, Lotus, Ginetta, TVR, Aston Martin, Rolls Royce, Bentley etc.

Very few are British owned nowadays though.
