When numbers of visitors decline English Heritage will then complain. it’s like bypasses they good for getting people not to stop where they used too stop and spend their money on the way to where ever they going and has a negative effect as some local buisness then have no passing trade, which really keeps them keep a float and they close and no longer support the local community, but look we all know that whatever objections are made the projects usually always goes ahead and they also build some new service area, that fills the void solely for the big players and cost us more and has adverse effects, cause and effect is something they never seem to consider or hold in so low regard. imo all so someone can get a piece of the pie and a contract..
