i apologise I didn’t realise it went onto a second page, I only placed my order last week and have to wait until March to collect it (unless that changes) the dealership requested £1000 deposit which they will deduct from the AP and they requested I pay upfront for all the option packs and any extras, this has made things very difficult for myself as I am already relying on family members for lifts to appointments etc I worry about making further contact as I do not want to cause any further delay. This is my very first time with motability and whilst the company itself have been fantastic I have found dealerships seem to want a fast transaction. I am currently grieving the very recent loss of my partner and so felt very under pressure in the show rooms, the man that was showing me the cars was very knowledgable how ever he walked far too fast for me to keep up with. Am I just complaining too much? I am slower but I can’t physically help it (I wish I could!) what colour did you go for Zoe? And what extras did you choose?
