ChrisK I really wish I could swear a lot on here just know ,, I agree how and why do the assessors get it so wrong most if not all the time . We put one thing on the form and they put what they want, usually making the claimant sound more able than they are . So it begs the question what’s the point in filling in the form explaining your situation as best you can for the to tear it to bits .
There’s so many people I know will not go for a reconsideration or appeal they just take what the assessors says and points given because they don’t want to go through the stress in the fear of losing what they maybe get.
if any other job\worker made as much mistakes as pip assessors do they would loss they’re job
I would like to find out if assessors ever agree with everything a claimant puts on the form , or ever puts more supporting information so the claimant gets a higher award ….
