This is standard underhand stuff b6 capita and DWP. I have PPMS and have had pip for about 4 years. I am disabled but according to pips first assessment I only qualified for low mobility and no care. Having undertaken a law degree many years ago I decided to appeal their decision and ended up at a tribunal. The level of function I have qualified me for higher mobility and care as found by the panel at the tribunal, how can the assessors have got it so wrong you ask? That’s because they look at these underhand ways of justifying not awarding the correct level of award. So if you can string a sentence together your not disabled!!
