I have found the same several times. It seems to me that in the pecking order of sales people, motability specialists are way down the pecking order and God help you if they are not around and you have to deal with a non motability person. When I got a car from Stoneacre Chesterfield, the motability salesman was great. Very happy with the service. Has occasion to return recently, they were not around, got bullied (attempted) and abused for my trouble, by a guy who fancied himself as the alpha male salesman. Complained to head office, no reply or acknowledgement. Avoid.
