I had this with Mercedes Watford. I simply walked in off the street, no mention of Motability, and was ignored by the six salesmen on the floor (two of whom were talking to each other, another one looking at his phone) for over 20 minutes so turned round and walked out.
I’m surprised to read that, especially of recent.
Although it’s been a while, back in 2017, I informed reception who asked me to wait. Once ready, a team of 3 Motability specialists started querying me with the utmost professionalism and respect. Eventually though, the three became one who was nothing short of very accommodating, polite, and very knowledgeable.
