Changing your mind is the entitlement of every customer, there are many reasons this could happen and if necessary then do it, as for feeling bad for the dealer then I struggle with that one as I have had 2 of my orders sold to private customers before I was due to collect and then told a pack of lies about wrong order/factory delays so I wouldn’t lose any sleep if I had to cancel a car.
