Also (sorry for the addition), but we had to pay for hand controls ourselves, and not only that, we had to get them removed before the car went back at the end of the lease.
How awkward was that?! I had to get a friend insured, have both of us take a day off work in order to drive 75 miles to Essex and wait a few hours for them to take the hand controls off. Then my friend had to drive us to the dealer. Then it was a taxi home!
