Ordered mine on 4/11/19, car built on 13/1/20, spec changed on 6/1/20, didn’t find out until the day, had 7 or 8 things missing that was now a chargeable pack but too late for me to have considered adding a paying for, I decided to keep the car as mostly okay, the thing that pee’d me off was the fact that the dealer was notified of the changes before the 6th as they would have to sell the new spec to future customers but never bothered to contact me and give me the option to add back on what was taken away.
If I bother with another scheme car in the future (looking less and less likely) then I will make sure I find out when there is going to be a spec change and ensure I place my order the day after these changes come in so getting the car I ordered and paid for! I do feel that because we ordered with these things on the car and then they remove them and want extra money to put them back then we should be refunded that amount as they have basically stolen those items from the original order.
